“A Passion to Inspire” Competition
This prestigious competition is now in its 11th year and is going from strength to strength. The judges will travel to the chefs own kitchen. Chefs will be allowed a slot for their cooking time, and we will phone to make each competitor aware of our E.T.A.
In recognition of the professional commitment of chef Gerard Molloy from the American Culinary Federation towards the Passion to Inspire Competition over many years, a new perpetual award Gerard M Molloy Memorial Award will be presented in his honour to the Best Newcomer entry.
We wish you every success for this year.
