Martin Anderson

Chef Martin Anderson, a native of Donegal began his career at the world famous  tourism college killybegs, graduating in 1986, martin worked his way around Ireland and then on to Paris, France , where he completed his training in the prestigious Four star hotel Lotti , there martin discovered the need to simplify cooking using good quality seasonal ingredients.  At the invitation of highland radio breakfast D.J. John Breslin, martin began a very popular weekly cookery question and answer programme, After the publishing and the success of the highland breakfast cookery book , martin realised there was a need for a private catering company in the North West. The Crest Catering company was founded in 2005 and has caterered for many prestigious events across the North-west , The Company Boasts a state of the Art Mobile Catering unit and with his team of professional staff he guarantees , Fresh Wholesome Quality Food & service to rival and 5 star establishment.

In 2012 Martin Began a weight loss journey in the guise of Fat Chef Slim , over the course of a year through healthy eating and exercise he lost 5st and has promoted a healthy lifestyle through his cookery Demos & Through his menu’s at the Moonshine Coffee Shop ,Letterkenny . He has also published his own lifestyle Cookery Book , Fat Chef Slim Recipes From The journey .
